ZX050C-xxxx-C ASIC test module offers network of components for each DUT pin for device specific testing solutions. Designed in 4 layers with the inner layers as GND planes. The GND test point directly connected to the GND planes asn the top/bottom fills. ZX050C-xxxxx-C is offered in limited number of ASIC packages.
