      Signal Integrity Analysis

Services:  Designing a high-speed PCB is becoming more complicated  with higher clock speeds,   higher device switching speeds, and higher density. It is important to analyze signal integrity, SI,  before prototyping. Zebax's Signal Integrity Analysis validates your design by applying digital and analog signal analysis to help ensure it will correctly propagate high-speed signals between components and connectors.

Zebax provides Signal Integrity Analysis with our turnkey high-speed/high-density designs to help ensure a first-time-right design.

For Clients who have developed board schematics in-house and just need specialized expertise from schematic-to-gerber, Zebax provides services to shorter-term projects.
 

SI consists of both pre-layout and post-layout analysis, ensuring optimal high-speed board layout and material selection. Depending on the nature of the design and your layout database preferences, we apply SI tools that integrate with PCB CAD packages such as Allegro, PADS, and VeriBest.

SI Modeling: High-Speed Digital (100MHz - 10GHz):
Overshoot/Undershoot, Impedance Matching, Signal Slope Requirements, EMI/EMC Analysis, Ringing, Bus Architecture, Bypass/Decoupling Capacitors, Board Delay & Timing, Trace Separation, Low-skew Clocking, Fast Switching, Cross-talk, Ground Bounce, Split Ground Planes, Shielding

Analog / RF (50 MHz - 10GHz):
